Last Wednesday the Mission sisters came to our
school to plant a mandarine tree.
Father Dan blessed
the tree and the garden club dug up into the soil and watered it. The sisters
talked about how long they had been at our school and they talked about how to grow the
tree and to look after it.
We shall water the tree and the sunlight and soil will help it grow. The sisters also said that when
it grows big we could eat the mandarins.
We hope that
the tree will grow really big.

We are very lucky to have the sisters in our school community. This was a lovely thing to do for their remembrance day.
