On Tuesday,
9 April ,Room 5 went to the Mission
Centre to take part in “Destination
Space". At 1.00pm, Penelope told us what to expect and set rules for our
practical activities.
She gave us a general introduction about the solar system
and told us how the sun orbits the earth.
There were several stations set up and we had a couple of
hours to complete and write up what we learned in a booklet.
We shall give you more information about our findings in the
days to come so that you too can appreciate and respect the might of the sun.
