Dear ParentsI was extremely proud of the Young Vinnies who put so much effort and time in preparing something special for the elderly women who visited us from the Age Concern group this morning.
They escorted them into the hall ,sang a song of welcome before serving them with hot drinks,cakes,biscuits,scones and muffins. The women loved talking to them and so did the students.
They sure did reflect the love of Jesus to others today- I was very touched by the love they showed to total strangers.God bless them all.
You must be just as proud of the Vinnies as I am.
